If you want a degree program that combines classroom learning with hands-on experience, ThinkBIG is for you. Through our partnership with South Georgia Technical College (SGTC), you’ll learn to service Caterpillar equipment using advanced technology and modern diagnostic tools—all while earning your Associate’s Degree.

ThinkBIG Required Documents

After you’ve indicated that you’re interested in the ThinkBIG program, we will reach out to you to schedule a meeting. We will then work with you as you complete the following required documents:

Proof of ACT score and unofficial transcript
Essay that details why you would like to pursue this career opportunity
Resume
Letter of recommendation (not a family member)

To begin the program, you must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be 18 years old by the time you begin your first internship.

You must also have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check, a physical exam, and a drug screen.
